A Great Depression era autobiography, with tipped-in full-color pages.
Never a Bad Day is an autobiographical text written by Jay Elmo Shaw, which recounts numerous amazing-but-true stories; from his childhood during the Great Depression, his early adulthood in the Korean War, and his significant career with OTASCO retail stores after the war ended.
I took this text from loose and hand-written pages and boxes of photos, to a published hardcover novel. Typeset in Adobe InDesign. Cover art and photo retouching was done in Adobe Photoshop.
Printed on a Canon ir8000 and a Xerox 700i Digital Color Press.
